Production Management

General Session

Entertainment/Keynote Speaker Selection

If your event needs top-of-the-line musicians, comedians, inspirational speakers or industry experts, Vision GES can track down who you’re looking for, negotiate the contract and book them for your event. Past events have included Sammy Hagar, Jay Leno, Pat Monahan (of Train), James Carville, Pat Benatar, Styx, Don Henley, Glen Fry, the B-52’s and Ben Stein, as well as renowned Fortune 500, political and motivational speakers.

Housing Management

Managing room blocks and attrition is a difficult process that requires extreme attention to detail. Failure to keep tabs on every move the hotel makes can result in heavy attrition penalties. Vision GES’ housing staff is comprised of former hotel housing employees who know every trick in the book to keep your room block full and your penalties non-existent.
